 How long does production take?

🕒 Answer: Most items are made and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Note: Custom laser-cut metal art may take 5–10 business days due to the personalized nature of the design.


 It's been more than 2 days and my order hasn't shipped—why?

🕒 Answer: Our hardworking team (yes, mostly moms!) takes weekends off to enjoy family time.
If you ordered after 3 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend, your order will typically ship out by Tuesday or Wednesday.


 How long does shipping take?

🚚 Answer:

USA: 3–7 business days (most arrive sooner!)

Canada, UK, EU: 5–10 business days

Other countries: 7–20 business days


 I made a mistake on my order—can I fix it?

Answer: Email us atinfo@lukskreye.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
After production begins, we’re unable to make changes.


 Can I cancel my order?

❌ Answer: Orders can be canceled within the first 2 hours after placing them.
We work fast—our team begins preparing orders right away.
To request a cancellation, email info@lukskreye.com 


 I tried calling but couldn’t get through. What should I do?

📞 Answer: Our customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST.
Outside those hours? Email us at info@lukskreye.com . We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.


How do I track my order?

📦 Answer: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.


 My order says “delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

📬 Answer:

1.Double-check your mailbox and around your property.

2.Sometimes deliveries are marked “delivered” a day or two early.

3.Call your local post office with your tracking number—they can provide a detailed update.
